Naming ceremony in the former Millwall Fire StationOne of the earliest local tragedies of the Blitz was remembered at a ceremony in the former Millwall Fire Station recently, when part of the new development on the site was named after the two brave members of the Auxiliary Fire Service who lost their lives in 1940.

Celebration of New Homes PDF Print

The residents of new homes in Crabtrees, Saffron Walden recently celebrated the official opening of their homes. Swan, in partnership with Uttlesford District Council, have provided 14 new homes for residents in the community and Chairman of the Council, Cllr Mrs Dean spent time with the new residents and cut the ribbon to mark this occasion.

Derelict land in Havering has been developed to provide much needed affordable housing for local people.

The site of The Hollies development in Romford, Havering, was left unused for five years until the partnership between Swan Housing Group, Havering Council and Barratt Homes secured the site formerly known as the The Dolphin Centre.
