Why do we listen to residents?It makes good business sense. As a Housing Association, our purpose is not to make profits, but to provide the best service we can. We will only know whether it is the best service if we listen to residents. Thanks to your feedback we know which areas are working well, which areas need improving and which new areas you would like developed. Swan Housing Group believes...that residents should be at the centre of all that we do. We have developed a culture of involvement that underpins our day to day work. We are accountable to our residents and wider communities. We actively encourage resident involvement at all levels and we will continue to investigate further ways to encourage the widest possible involvement.
